From October 1, 1989 Senior art director and choreographer of the FTA Iglika is Ventsislava Elenska. For the first time ensemble announces its new name on June 29, 1991 on the stage of "Orpheus celebrations" in the town of Smolyan - Bulgaria.
The team of teachers in Folk Dance Ensemble Iglika are qualified teachers, graduates of the Academy in Plovdiv. Choreographers - Dimitar Petrov and Petya Rancheva, accompanist Georgi Monev, Georgi Seymenski and Dimitar Hristov.
Concert performances of the ensemble are accompanied by traditional orchestra of folk instruments:

Bojan Atanasov - gaida (bagpipes) player,
Petko Petkov - gadulka player,
Todor Vasilev - tambura player
Mitko Popov - tapan player
